Artistic director of the Danubia Orchestra, one of the youngest professional orchestras in Hungary, and founder of the Road to Music programme. He wants to bring the love of classical music to as many people as possible. His goal is to give this great genre a future: the conductor's mission is to educate young musicians and introduce children to the arts. Under his direction, the Óbuda Danubia Orchestra has become one of the most characteristic art orcherstras, thanks to their special programming and their youth and social projects. A key element of their profile is genre experimentation, the inclusion of twentieth-century and contemporary works in their program, and a strong online presence.
The Common Vibe Association had been founded by him 5 years ago to provide an opportunity for talented, motivated Roma children through music. Music is used as an educational tool so children can learn to plan, to work in a team, to learn. He himself was also labelled as a “deviant” child, so there was no question that he wanted to deal with similar children, helping them in their careers. Love of music is also an integral part of his life, that’s why this unique education and mentoring system was developed. It is important for him to see the result of working together with a child and that their program makes a long-term impact on children’s lives.
Since childhood he has been an artist and musician. He's been graduated at ELTE in Consulting, Work Psychology and Organizational Development. He has been working in the field of coaching and training for 20 years in communication development, crisis management, change management: his most popular programs are the interactive music programs. He is a popular speaker in academic and corporate fields.
